Account Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with key national and local accounts.

• Provide high-quality products, exceptional service, and prompt deliveries.

• Recognize and implement solutions to enhance customer packaging requirements, improve product effectiveness, and reduce waste at Georgia-Pacific box plants.

• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams including customer service, quality assurance, design, production, accounting, and shipping.

• Maintain ongoing communication with national account clients.

• Meet with customers to discuss quality initiatives, collect feedback, and take necessary actions.

• Assist in conducting customer item trials.

• Oversee month-end credit reconciliations with clients.

• Visit Georgia-Pacific facilities for team meetings, sample gathering, and distribution as needed.

• Cultivate enduring customer relationships.

• Support the GP quality team during customer visits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track activities and manage data.

• Report directly to the Area Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, supply chain/operations, or similar commercial roles.

• Willingness and ability to travel 60-75% within the designated territory.

• Preferred experience in corrugated/packaging and/or outside sales.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Must successfully pass a drug test as required by state law.

• Completion of E-Verify employment verification is required.
