Account Service Dispatcher I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Generate work orders for assigned clients

• Dispatch work orders upon request

• Execute entry-level processes for closing work orders

• Utilize entry-level judgment and analytical skills to identify, investigate, and escalate issues

• Aid in mapping coordinates for optimal travel when necessary

• Provide assistance with incoming calls

• Input service data into the client CRM system as required

• Adhere to call center and L1 Support scripts and standard operating procedures

• Review work orders and submit them to clients

• Collaborate/interface with cross-functional teams as necessary

• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1+ years of customer service and/or call center experience

• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Proficient in operating computers, multi-line phones, and other office equipment

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other cloud-based software

• Alternatively, an Associate's degree and/or Trade school degree or higher

• 0-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience for the associate/trade school pathway

• Experience in a service-oriented environment

• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach for durations exceeding 4 hours

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Capacity to follow detailed, defined procedures

• Must adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
