This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take the initiative to lead commercial sales efforts for the designated ‘Neuro Key Accounts’ within the Neuromodulation domain (BrainModulation, PainStim, TDD) and meet revenue objectives.
• Recognize and cultivate account potential.
• Conduct account planning in Lightning (to be updated at least monthly).
• Prioritize account activities, such as marketing strategies and IHS projects.
• Manage projects effectively (e.g., initiatives involving referring physicians and IHS projects).
• Successfully convert designated customers from competitors.
• Offer guidance on product utilization and specifications.
• Prepare quotations and contracts.
• Formulate growth-oriented account strategies aligned with business objectives and oversee their execution at the account level.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned Therapy Sales Specialists to achieve account objectives.
• Engage in proactive bilateral collaboration with Marketing, KAM, and SAM teams and execute tactics, including preparation and implementation.
• Foster tight collaboration within the sales team and with the marketing department for customer events (training courses, symposia, customer education, etc.).
• Create sales forecasts for the ‘Neuro Key Accounts.’
• Manage relationships effectively with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation using the CRM system (currently Salesforce Lightning), ensuring customer data is up to date.
• Administer personal inventory (car stock) and the consignment stocks of the ‘Neuro Key Accounts’ in conjunction with Therapy Sales Specialists.
• Engage in continuous professional development concerning reimbursement and governmental affairs.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong technical and medical knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence in conducting sales discussions and managing objections.
• A confident demeanor, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility, high commitment, and resilience complemented by a proactive sales orientation.
• Proficient in utilizing tools for contract and quote generation as well as CRM systems.
• Active team collaboration (e.g., sharing information) and a commitment to integrity.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 75%, including daily rounds).
• Residence in or close to the specified region.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficient in German and possess good spoken and written English skills.
