This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Uphold a professional tone and courteous demeanor in all communications with patients or authorized parties by consistently providing exceptional “patient-focused service.”
• Rigorously follow the Company's Compliance guidelines and expectations, including Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• Adhere to the Company's call structure expectations, which encompass proper collection steps and techniques.
• Meet all assigned objectives.
• Accurately assess individual account situations and deliver appropriate resolutions.
• Correctly update the status of accounts and modify relevant windows/fields for potential follow-up.
• Utilize all available tools and resources effectively to provide relevant information for account resolution.
• Maintain an acceptable level of route maintenance backlog.
• Identify urgent issues and escalate them to management as they arise.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management, avoiding contributions to unproductive group conflict or negativity.
• Represent the Company positively through professional behavior, attitude, and appearance.
• Adhere to the Company's confidentiality and security policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Previous experience in collections is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Customer service skills are necessary.
• Conflict resolution skills are important.
• High attention to detail is required.
