Account Representative II – Automotive Refinish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implementing the business strategy and fostering sales expansion in local markets by identifying customer needs and market demands within your designated area of responsibility.

• Enhancing sales growth by exploring market potential through forecasting, generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and suggesting new products and services (70% of this role is dedicated to acquiring new business).

• Nurturing existing relationships while cultivating new ones.

• Building trust and value in our dynamic industry.

• Retaining business and promoting sales growth with a home base in a prominent city in Georgia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

• A High School Diploma/GED is acceptable when paired with relevant work experience.

• Have a background in field sales, territory management, and customer relations.

• Experience in the collision industry (preferred), along with strong interpersonal skills, effective relationship-building, and value-driven selling abilities.

• Be a dedicated professional who values our existing customer base while also being proactive in acquiring new BASF business.
