This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drives revenue growth and enhances profitability by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts.
• Identifies new leads through networking, cold calling, and exploring various directories and online platforms.
• Regularly engages with customers in person to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
• Analyzes complex customer requirements to prepare tailored quotes.
• Conducts impactful sales presentations and guarantees that technical specifications are fulfilled.
• Provides assistance with on-site troubleshooting of customer issues.
• Collaborates with vendor resources to establish relationships and bolster sales efforts.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with industrial products, including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial items.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of essential sales principles and best practices.
• Capability to influence clients while maintaining positive relationships.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong multitasking skills and effective time management.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
