• Implementing the business strategy and fostering sales growth in local markets by identifying customer needs and market demands within your designated area of responsibility.
• Enhancing sales growth by leveraging market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales, and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will concentrate on acquiring new business).
• Nurturing existing relationships while establishing new connections.

• Retaining business and promoting sales growth.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); a HS Diploma/GED is acceptable with relevant work experience.
• Have a background in field sales, territory management, and customer relations.
• Experience in the collision industry (preferred), along with strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship-building and value-based selling abilities.
• Be a dedicated professional who values our current customer base while also being proactive in acquiring new BASF business.
