Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Support senior staff in the coordination of advertising campaigns for clients.

• Offer comprehensive proofreading assistance.

• Facilitate internal processes at Pivot, ensuring that detailed information is communicated and maintained with exceptional accuracy.

• Actively suggest new quality control measures.

• Gather and assess election data and program materials for precision.

• Submit and monitor revisions for mailing materials.

• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to meet deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years (or 2 complete cycles) of experience in politics, organizing, advocacy, or labor unions; this may encompass internships, volunteer positions, and other relevant experiences.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; editing and proofreading are crucial.

• Capability to create, follow, and convey realistic timelines.

• Dedication to racial equity, social justice, and democratic initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

• Proficiency in Excel and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Special consideration will be given to candidates who also exhibit: Previous direct mail experience, Spanish language proficiency, and the ability to work west coast hours.
