• Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts, which includes setting up digital platforms, integrating EMRs, and providing education on workflows.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering continuous support for digital utilization.
• Collaborate with Digital Sales Consultants to sustain and enhance accounts through regular communication and review sessions.
• Observe client engagement levels and proactively tackle any adoption gaps, ensuring consistency with company workflows and systems.
• Keep precise records of client interactions in HubSpot and deliver daily reports regarding activities, client feedback, and emerging trends.
• Excellent skills in customer relationship management and communication.
• Preferred knowledge of digital platforms, EMR workflows, and laboratory processes.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), communication tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Preferred: Experience in medical sales, pathology, dermatology, or digital health solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field.
