Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Drives revenue growth and enhances profitability by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts

• Cultivates new leads through networking, cold calling, and researching various directories and online platforms

• Engages in face-to-face interactions with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Analyzes complex customer requirements to prepare tailored quotes

• Delivers compelling sales presentations and guarantees that technical specifications are fulfilled

• Provides on-site assistance for troubleshooting customer issues

• Collaborates with and coordinates vendor resources to foster relationships and support sales efforts

• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree

• 0 to 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Familiarity with industrial products, including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial items

• Capability to influence customer decisions

• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance

• Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• A valid driver's license is mandatory
