Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Enhances revenue and profitability by acquiring new business and nurturing existing client accounts.

• Develops new leads through networking, cold calling, and researching various directories and online platforms.

• Regularly engages face-to-face with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

• Comprehends complex customer requirements for the creation of tailored quotes.

• Conducts impactful sales presentations while ensuring all technical specifications are fulfilled.

• Aids in on-site troubleshooting of customer issues.

• Collaborates with vendor resources to cultivate relationships and bolster sales efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Usually requires a bachelor's degree.

• Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Familiarity with industrial products, including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial items.

• Ability to influence customers while fostering strong relationships.

• Proactive approach with the capacity to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• A valid driver's license is required.
