• Identify and pursue new client opportunities through lead calling, external marketing efforts, networking, obtaining referrals, and other strategic lists.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring to follow up as necessary.
• Arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services while delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service.
• Employ a customer-centric, needs-oriented review process to inform clients about their insurance and financial service options, guiding them toward achieving their long-term objectives.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business growth.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with State Farm Insurance is required.
• Must possess full licensing (Property/Casualty and Life/Health).
• Strong commitment to customer service is essential.
• Sales experience is preferred, which may include outside sales, inside sales representative roles, retail sales associate positions, or telemarketing.
• Self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
