Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to investigate and resolve medical claims.

• Invoice and optimize payments on medical claims submitted to insurance companies.

• Conduct precise and timely data entry across various systems.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations in all facets of your duties.

• Apply your knowledge of medical terminology, UB04, and CMS1500 forms in the claims processing workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to work autonomously.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the Google Platform is essential.

• Experience with medical terminology and third-party liability is preferred.

• A background in medical billing/claim processing and knowledge of UB04 and CMS1500 forms is preferred.
