Account Representative – Absence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the specialist for ComPsych services with clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of absence management, departmental procedures, and tools.

• Utilize independent judgment and discretion when addressing matters related to assigned accounts.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with designated customers, ensuring that the company's objectives are achieved and clients' needs are met within the assigned portfolio.

• Investigate, assess, and resolve client issues, communicating outcomes or collaborating on next steps to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during both implementation and post-implementation phases.

• Retain, grow, and enhance the portfolio by identifying opportunities to broaden services with additional products.

• Assist fellow Account Managers in servicing large or complex accounts through both verbal and electronic communication.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders to deliver optimal service to our clients.

• Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold ComPsych’s values and standards consistently.

• Work autonomously while also promoting a positive team environment to effectively serve our customers.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in creating and maintaining successful customer relationships is required.

• Experience in Account Management is a plus.

• Familiarity with benefits administration or HR compliance is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Comprehensive knowledge of FMLA compliance is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Must have a consistent and reliable high-speed internet connection and a workspace that is free from distractions, disruptions, or noise.

• Ability to be present on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, and/or events.

• Capability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
