This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as a specialist for ComPsych services with clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of absence management, departmental protocols, and tools.
• Utilize independent judgment and discretion when addressing issues related to assigned accounts.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with assigned clients, ensuring that the company's objectives are fulfilled and clients' needs are met within the designated book of business.
• Investigate, assess, and resolve client issues while communicating solutions or collaborating on subsequent steps to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients during both the implementation phase and after it is completed.
• Retain, grow, and expand the book of business by identifying opportunities to broaden services with additional offerings.
• Assist other Account Managers in servicing large or complex accounts through both verbal and electronic communication.
• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders to deliver optimal service to our clients.
• Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold ComPsych’s values and standards consistently.
• Work autonomously while also fostering a positive team environment to effectively serve our clients.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in creating and maintaining successful customer relationships is required.
• Experience in Account Management is a plus.
• Familiarity with benefits administration or HR compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of FMLA compliance is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a workspace free from distractions, disruptions, or noise are required.
• Ability to be visible on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, and/or events.
• Must be capable of sitting or standing at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
