This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee designated accounts with overdue balances that extend beyond payment terms.
• Determine the reasons for delinquency and address issues that hinder timely payments.
• Reconcile invoice transactions with payment receipts to clarify outstanding amounts.
• Work alongside internal and external customers to resolve collection challenges and suggest improvements to processes.
• Conduct customer conference calls with sales Client Managers, Billing, and other stakeholders to ascertain open accounts receivable balances and formulate action plans.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via internal and external calls and emails.
• Accurately document customer interactions in business systems.
• Achieve or surpass daily and monthly productivity targets.
• Facilitate and negotiate resolutions for accounts.
• Investigate and record adjustment requests that necessitate reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications and Billing teams to address unclear or missing payment applications.
• 1–3 years of experience in business-to-business collections.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of debits, credits, and account reconciliation processes.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good judgment and the ability to follow through on tasks.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capacity to work within a team and adapt to changes in processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of order processing, billing, and accounts receivable payment cycles.
• Experience with navigating an Oracle platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is preferred.
• Ability to think conceptually and analytically regarding account impacts is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality improvement processes is preferred.
• Quick learner and self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
