This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Independent and methodical growth of a designated business sector (industry) for the market introduction of our product "Amberlo" in Switzerland.
• Assessment of market and customer potentials, along with the identification of opportunities tailored to the specific customer and industry strategies.
• Acquisition of new customers in the B2B sector, from contract signing to ongoing revenue reporting.
• Creation of tailored customer solutions throughout the sales process (solution selling) via analysis and consulting for clients and prospects.
• Enhancement of the sales network and recognition of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Establish, manage, and further nurture the partner channel in Switzerland in close collaboration with our external partners.
• Facilitate customer meetings and presentations (both digital and in-person).
• Collaborate closely with product management for ongoing product development.
• Manage pipeline and customer relationships using the CRM system.
• Successfully completed vocational training or degree in business/commercial fields.
• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales (solution selling/SaaS) or a comparable role.
• Familiarity with popular CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
• Strong inclination towards new customer acquisition.
• Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for trade fairs, customer visits, and internal workshops.
