Account Operations Lead – Health & Wellness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Take charge of catalog health and optimize listings

• Handle advertising campaigns on Walmart Connect

• Supervise inventory and fulfillment coordination through both 1P and 3P channels with WFS

• Transition from strategic alignment to full autonomous management of the Walmart business

• Attain measurable improvements in catalog health and advertising effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience managing the Walmart marketplace, encompassing full-cycle responsibilities from product onboarding to fulfillment

• Demonstrated experience with both Walmart Supplier One (1P) and Walmart Seller Center (3P) platforms

• Direct management of Walmart Connect advertising campaigns, which includes keyword research, bid optimization, and budget management

• Expertise in catalog and listing optimization to enhance keyword ranking and search visibility on Walmart

• Familiarity with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), particularly in inventory planning and replenishment

• Experience in client-side marketplace management (either brand or agency), rather than exclusively within Walmart's corporate structure

• Proficient in English at C1+ CEFR level (fluent for client interactions required)
