Account Manager, Wireless

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with retailers and their management teams to enhance margin and boost the operational efficiency of stores.

• Prioritize results while fostering strong connections through virtual training sessions and individual meetings.

• Employ hardware and software tools to improve accountability and performance efficiencies.

• Participate in transforming the landscape of the rapidly expanding virtual lease-to-own (“LTO”) market.

• Contribute your sales expertise, strategies, and insights as we embark on our mission to revolutionize consumer finance.

• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where you can make a significant impact on the customers we serve.

• Some travel may be required (up to 10%).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, though fluency in English is mandatory.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in account management is required.

• Over 3 years of successful account management experience, ideally within a retail context.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong oral and written communication abilities are essential.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proven experience in CRM systems, including logging activities, offering insights, and conducting report analyses.

• Previous experience in training is preferred.

• A strong work ethic, high initiative, and a keen interest in new technologies and software applications are crucial.
