This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Enhance the net dollar retention of your portfolio through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Negotiate the renewal of client contracts with an emphasis on boosting Annual Recurring Revenue and fostering long-term relationships.
• Identify and close new opportunities for expansion within assigned accounts.
• Create proposals and other client-facing documents to facilitate your sales efforts.
• Cultivate and strengthen meaningful relationships with clients.
• Diligently manage and report on your sales pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Absorb subscription models to effectively address client inquiries.
• Engage in team meetings and projects aimed at enhancing sales processes and outcomes.
• Build robust internal relationships to support the client lifecycle.
• Stay informed about the latest product releases and training sessions to maintain thorough product knowledge.
• A post-secondary degree, preferably in business or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• An outgoing and personable demeanor paired with a sales-oriented mindset, and a strong team player.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving.
• Experience in SaaS (or Technology) sales.
• Experience working with a global clientele.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Salesforce.
