This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships within a designated portfolio of FSI accounts, fostering trust with both business and technical stakeholders over time.
• Build and sustain connections with high-level decision-makers and influencers across IT and various Lines of Business.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business strategy, operational framework, and technological environment.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment between their objectives and the internal teams.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of account-based strategies aimed at promoting recurring growth and increased adoption among existing clients.
• Discover new use cases, expansion prospects, and cross-functional requirements by grasping customer priorities and KPIs.
• Collaborate on account plans, opportunity strategies, and customer business reviews alongside senior account leaders.
• Aid in translating customer requirements into distinct value propositions and business outcome-focused proposals.
• Engage in complex sales cycles, supporting negotiations, presentations, and high-level discussions.
• Coordinate internal resources such as Solutions Engineering, Architects, Product Management, Customer Success, and partners to facilitate customer interactions.
• Develop a foundational understanding of FSI industry trends, regulatory factors, and prevalent transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B technology sales, account management, or customer-oriented commercial roles.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Experience engaging with Financial Services and/or Insurance clients.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating both business and technical concepts.
• Experience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed team environment and collaborating across various functions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Required fluency in verbal and written English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
