This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Analyze and handle extensive data sets to enhance multi-reward campaigns
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with advertisers to ensure campaign effectiveness
• Effectively communicate with advertisers to uncover opportunities and strengthen partnerships
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new advertisers
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and identify strategies to boost revenue
• Provide regular updates on projects and proactively address challenges as they emerge
• Native Turkish speaker
• High proficiency in English (B2+, both written and spoken)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related fields such as Account Management or Sales
• Excellent sales and negotiation capabilities
• Strong analytical abilities, with confidence in working with numbers and data
• Knowledge of mobile attribution and campaign tracking methodologies
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to continuous learning
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent work ethic
• Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Appsflyer and Adjust
• Understanding of CPA, CPI, and CPE campaign models
• Experience in the rewarded advertising sector
