Account Manager, Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acts as the primary liaison within our expanding TMTT business unit for your designated territory and customer base.

• Formulates and implements effective account and territory strategies to promote sustainable growth within key strategic accounts.

• Cultivates and maintains robust, long-lasting relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons, and other key influencers in your assigned area to enhance Edwards' market presence.

• Utilizes long-term connections with senior-level customer contacts and Edwards colleagues across various functions to drive success.

• Discovers and secures new business opportunities with current customers while identifying areas for enhancement to achieve sales objectives, along with developing and overseeing the implementation of both short- and long-term regional strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated history of progressive sales experience in the medical device sector.

• Familiarity with cardiology and structural heart disease.

• Cath lab experience is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to travel (active driver).

• Awareness of emerging industry trends and interdependencies impacting both Edwards and its customers.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to influence others.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in interacting professionally and establishing relationships at all organizational levels.

• Anticipates and comprehends customer needs, feedback, and objections, applying knowledge to deliver value.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
