This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Promote and market BICS as a premier international Messaging Hub for global traffic.
β’ Oversee messaging relationships with clients in the designated portfolio and enhance profitability.
β’ Conduct daily analysis of customer traffic, implement win-back strategies, promotions, and other commercial initiatives.
β’ Enable cross-selling opportunities with clients.
β’ Negotiate termination rates with current accounts to sustain competitive cost frameworks.
β’ Coordinate efforts to maximize traffic volumes, including managing fraud prevention activities.
β’ Daily monitor traffic volumes to avert illegal terminations and AIT.
β’ Engage in and coordinate fraud investigation efforts alongside customers and suppliers.
β’ Ensure effective implementation of commercial relationships within the operational framework.
β’ Manage financial, technical, legal, and administrative aspects related to the messaging sector.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.
β’ Practical experience in telecom wholesale messaging, particularly focused on A2P SMS.
β’ Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
β’ Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
β’ Experience in dealing with international clients.
β’ Willingness to travel internationally several times a year for conferences and business events.
