This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for selling technical plastics within the designated sales territory.
• Ownership of leads: You will manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle and systematically execute all related sales process activities.
• Pipeline management: You will create a well-balanced pipeline of both tactical opportunities and strategic engagements.
• Market research and analysis: You will perform research and compile market data to assess both short- and long-term trends.
• Product lifecycle analyses: You will evaluate product lifecycles and market trends to strengthen and expand the competitive position of the product.
• Network development: You will forge and nurture close, personal, and partnership-based relationships with customers and create a robust network within the sales territory.
• Trend monitoring: You will keep an eye on the latest trends in the plastics industry to ensure we stay ahead in the market.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• In-depth product knowledge of technical plastics.
• A genuine passion for sales and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to easily identify customer needs and craft solutions from our extensive product portfolio.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Ideally, additional experience in the plastics, electrical/electronics, or automotive industry (Tier 2).
• Willingness to travel regularly within your sales territory as an enriching aspect of your role.
• Interest in keeping up with new trends in your market.
• Ability to work independently in your sales territory while also being a collaborative team player with your colleagues.
• Proficient German and solid English language skills complete your profile.
