This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for selling technical plastics within the designated sales territory.
• Lead responsibility: You will take charge of leads throughout the entire sales cycle and systematically carry out all associated sales process activities.
• Pipeline management: You will cultivate a balanced pipeline of tactical opportunities and strategic engagements.
• Market research and analysis: You will perform research and gather market data and intelligence to evaluate short- and long-term trends. This analysis will be used to formulate marketing and sales strategies.
• Product life-cycle analysis: You will assess product life cycles and market trends to strengthen and expand the product's competitive position.
• Network building: You will establish and nurture close, personal, and collaborative relationships with customers while building a robust network within the sales territory.
• Trend monitoring: You will keep track of the latest trends in the plastics industry to ensure we stay at the forefront of the market.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Comprehensive product knowledge of technical plastics.
• A strong passion for sales and developing long-term customer relationships.
• You can easily identify customer needs and craft solutions using our extensive product portfolio.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Ideally, you possess experience in the plastics, electrical, or automotive industry (Tier 2).
• You enjoy being 'on the road' and consider regular travel within your sales territory an enriching aspect of your role.
• You have a keen interest in tracking new trends in your market.
• You prefer to work independently in your sales territory while also being a team player when collaborating with colleagues.
• Proficient German and solid English language skills complete your profile.
