This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage a portfolio of key customers, taking full responsibility for driving long-term revenue growth and customer retention.
• In-depth knowledge of upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies within multi-product SaaS offerings.
• Proven track record in identifying expansion opportunities utilizing usage metrics, customer maturity, organizational structure, and business objectives.
• Ability to confidently engage with engineering leaders, technical stakeholders, and economic decision-makers.
• Oversee a specific set of strategic accounts, fully accountable for retention, growth, and net revenue enhancement.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with technical users and executive stakeholders.
• Guarantee predictable renewals by emphasizing value, outcomes, and ROI prior to contract milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact across internal teams.
• Ensure robust Salesforce practices to aid in forecasting and informed decision-making.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• 2-3 years in a farming or account management role.
• Proven success in meeting and surpassing targets for expansion, renewals, and net revenue retention.
• Recent experience directly related to account management, farming, expansion, and upselling/cross-selling.
• Flexibility to work in region-aligned time zones based on customer requirements.
• Enthusiastic about technology and SaaS; exhibits strong customer-centricity and empathy; a keen desire to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed startup atmosphere.
• Comprehensive understanding of software SaaS and adjacent business models, with a high level of comfort in selling to and interacting with technical audiences and executive-level stakeholders.
• Global market experience is a plus; previous success in international sales and account management will be viewed favorably.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a background in engineering or technology is preferred.
