This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of Apryse’s most significant enterprise clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success.
• Create and implement detailed account strategies that highlight opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Establish and nurture robust executive relationships across various business lines and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer success, solutions engineering, and product teams to guarantee customers achieve measurable business results with Apryse.
• Conduct strategic business reviews with key accounts, positioning Apryse as a dedicated partner in digital transformation.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively discover methods to deliver additional value.
• Manage renewal cycles effectively, negotiating terms and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to maintain Apryse's position as a leading provider.
• Consistently surpass account growth and retention goals.
• Over 7 years of experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS, with a demonstrated history of increasing account revenue.
• Proven ability to build multi-level executive relationships and navigate complex organizations successfully.
• Strong skills in account planning, business reviews, and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios with consistent year-over-year growth.
• Proficient in utilizing Salesforce CRM for account management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
• A collaborative and resourceful leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or technical background is a plus.
