This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a client portfolio, ensuring high-quality deliverables and ongoing enhancements.
• Facilitate strategic alignment and conduct follow-up meetings.
• Create marketing strategies, including personas, content development, and competitive analysis.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data from Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage workflows and requests through Asana.
• Assist with CRM integrations and automation enhancements using RD Station.
• Convert brand positioning into actionable marketing strategies.
• Evaluate performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Assess satisfaction metrics including NPS, CSAT, and Healthscore.
• Maintain organization and management of client materials and information.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, both inbound and outbound.
• Understanding of CRM systems and the sales funnel process.
• Familiarity with platforms like RD Station.
• Background in project management tools, specifically Asana.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and metrics.
• Experience in strategic marketing planning.
• Preferred: Background in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Certifications in Inbound marketing (RD Station or HubSpot) are desirable.
• Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush.
