This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Successfully oversee the execution of assigned mixed-media projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of your clients’ business models and strategies.
• Efficiently manage each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Precisely prepare all necessary project documentation.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in identifying and addressing account and project challenges independently, providing effective solutions.
• Actively foster robust client relationships with your daily client contacts.
• Consistently deliver outstanding client services to maintain high levels of client satisfaction while seeking ways to surpass expectations.
• Collaborate closely with your team leader to enhance your commercial awareness of Black Sun’s job costing and fee structures.
• Competently manage project budgets by adhering to all of Black Sun’s quality assurance and financial protocols.
• When necessary, work alongside your team leader to create strategies for auditing and managing any client overrun costs.
• Work in tandem with team leaders to successfully identify new business opportunities among existing clients, crafting client proposals and effectively presenting concepts and delivery strategies.
• Assist the new business process by contributing to the delivery of new business proposals.
• Support internal teams by conducting research into best practices in corporate communications as part of Black Sun’s initiatives.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of our clients’ operations, the industries they belong to, and trends in effective corporate communications.
• A minimum of 2.5 years of experience on the agency or client side, preferably in corporate marketing and communications.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities are crucial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Access to a comprehensive training program.
• Significant autonomy to develop new skills and share ideas.
