This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide comprehensive support for end-to-end management and client consultation in sports sponsorship as well as integrated brand communication.
• Lead and brief internal project teams (Strategy, Creative, Production) along with external service providers and partners.
• Assist in the development, management, and execution of sponsorship projects, campaigns, and activations across all stages (from concept to delivery).
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients from initial briefing through to delivery across both classical and digital media.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and operational management of projects, including timing, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Aid in budget planning, cost control, and ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor projects, manage quality, and actively share information and feedback within the team.
• Prepare and present presentations, pitches, and workshops for both internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy and Creative teams to generate impactful sports and brand concepts.
• Help identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of workflows and project structures.
• A few years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role within an agency setting, preferably focusing on sports, sponsorship, or integrated brand communication.
• Solid understanding of sports ecosystems, brand partnerships, and the mechanics of sponsorship.
• Experience in supporting complex projects, ideally on an international scale, and within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills, a confident presence, and proficient presentation capabilities.
• Initial experience in budget planning, timing, and project coordination is advantageous.
• A basic understanding of classical and digital media operations and an interest in production (e.g. TV or content production) is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Native-level German and strong English skills for collaboration in international teams.
• High motivation and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• A keen interest in sports, culture, trends, brands, and creative communication.
• Engage with high-profile sports and brand projects that have international impact.
• Work closely with a creative, multidisciplinary team based in Amsterdam.
• Enjoy a high degree of ownership and swift decision-making processes.
• Take responsibility for significant components of sponsorship and campaign projects, with increasing ownership over time.
