• Strategically design and lead programs aimed at enhancing sales initiatives, streamlining operational processes, and supporting field efforts to meet revenue goals and foster market growth.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Concentrate on boosting product adoption and market penetration through targeted sales strategies and the execution of engaging on-site events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, leasing personnel, and decision-makers within the designated territory.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to comprehend client needs, resolve concerns, and uncover new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales programs that align with overarching strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to manage and execute programs efficiently and within budget.
• Perform market research, analyze customer feedback, and gather insights to guide sales strategies.
• Assess and enhance existing sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in property management, real estate, or B2B sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to organize and oversee multiple on-site events.
• Proficient in CRM software and reporting tools.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
