• Strategic growth: enhance market presence in the region and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Guide B2B clients through the complete sales journey — from initial contact and needs evaluation to successful closure.
• New customer acquisition and account management: proactively secure new B2B clients through outbound prospecting and strategically nurture existing accounts.
• Manage regional inbound inquiries and transform them into successful projects.
• Oversee complex customer projects and create customized solution concepts in partnership with internal teams.
• Record sales activities in the CRM and assess market and competitor trends.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales — preferably in a consultative setting or with products that require explanation.
• A strong drive and enthusiasm for sales and customer relations.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation prowess, and a confident demeanor.
• Initial experience with office supplies or ergonomic products is an advantage.
• Ability to work systematically with a CRM.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel regionally.
• Business-fluent in German (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
