• Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and other key performance indicators for the market are achieved.
• Provide exceptional service and foster strong relationships with customer principals, sales, and education teams, leading to significant brand influence.
• Establish credible and collaborative working relationships with colleagues across various internal functions and channels.
• Develop, implement, and monitor joint business plans aimed at mutual growth for both customers and the company.
• Maintain consistent communication with salon distributor partners regarding all aspects of account management, including promotional briefs, new product launches, in-salon/in-store merchandising, policy updates, terms and conditions, pricing, orders, credits, and after-sales support.
• Regularly report on overall market activities and conditions, as well as sales data and customer activities.
• Personally lead strategy meetings and sales training sessions, both virtually and in person.
• Proactively create, manage, and ensure the accuracy of budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities while developing contingency plans as needed.
• Visit key salons and pro stores to evaluate opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to distributors and the company.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement within distributor teams, procedures, or processes and collaboratively develop plans to address them.
• Assist distributors in navigating the company's internal systems and processes.
• Influence future professional initiatives and collaborations at both the brand and distributor levels.
• BSc/BA Hons degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2:1 or better.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management.
• Required experience in the Professional Hair Care industry.
• Fluency in Spanish or Italian is necessary.
• Outstanding communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Experience managing complexity in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in managing a business with P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple stakeholders to achieve sales and growth.
