This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage and develop an existing client portfolio
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Promote the full range of AddSecure products and services for alarm transmission
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers in alignment with the company's strategy
• Ensure consistent follow-up with clients and maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Represent AddSecure at industry fairs and professional events
• Generate commercial reports and periodic forecasts
• Collaborate closely with technical support and product teams to ensure effective implementations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or related fields
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in the electronic security sector, telecommunications, or technical solution sales is a significant advantage
• Good understanding of IP networks, connectivity, or IoT environments
• Ability to manage medium to long-term sales cycles
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Italian and English
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
