• Promote BeOne’s Solid Tumor products through outreach to targeted physicians within the designated territory.
• Provide training and education to physician support staff regarding the correct usage and handling of products.
• Ensure that healthcare professionals maintain realistic expectations regarding product utilization.
• Maintain ongoing communication and coordinate activities with Market Access, Field Reimbursement, and Contract Account Teams.
• Identify changes among customers and allocate the necessary resources accordingly.
• Complete coursework through Enterprise LMS assignments within specified timelines.
• Execute all administrative responsibilities, including tracking call activity and submitting expense reports.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring proactive communication with marketing and sales management.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) with prior experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in Solid Tumor.
• Ability to work independently with a self-starting and self-managing approach.
• Commitment to prioritizing customer service.
• Results-driven with a strategic emphasis on sales.
• Experience in specialty sales, with knowledge of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes.
• Demonstrated history of resilience.
• Capable of measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Familiar with CRM software and has a proven history of effective use.
• Must be willing to travel daily within the assigned geographic area.
