This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Cultivating and enhancing a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts.
• Retaining a substantial book of business by effectively renewing contracts that are about to expire.
• Evaluating client performance metrics to demonstrate value and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
• Recognizing at-risk accounts and formulating strategic plans to educate and recommend enhanced solutions to clients.
• Establishing and sustaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication.
• Identifying and proposing upsell opportunities to current clients.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful execution of campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management; sales experience is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated individual.
