This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a vital member of the Account Management team for your assigned clients, collaborating with Account Executives and other specialists to enhance customer loyalty and adoption of all features within the LeafLink platform.
• Serve as a reliable partner for your clients, guiding them to achieve success by illustrating how LeafLink’s marketplace and financial service solutions can boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Take responsibility for the success and satisfaction of your LeafLink clients, prioritizing their perspectives and business needs to maximize the value they receive from LeafLink’s offerings.
• Consistently work to increase your clients' use and adoption of LeafLink through proactive outreach, training sessions, regular check-ins, and meetings.
• Skilled in retaining revenue through strategic relationship management and client engagement, while identifying and leveraging opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance service offerings, drive revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain multi-layer relationships with major sellers and brands within the cannabis industry, identifying new opportunities that align with the company's growth, monetization, and product strategies.
• Aim to achieve quarterly targets related to customer engagement, adoption metrics, and quotas for cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize data to pinpoint gaps in operational efficiency for retail clients on LeafLink, and provide actionable solutions to enhance their performance.
• Become an expert on the LeafLink platform by staying updated on new product releases and identifying critical updates for customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty by managing expectations and actively seeking and implementing client feedback.
• Play a crucial role in standardized customer engagement sequences as part of the client’s account team.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and represent the voice of the retail marketplace and financial services customers.
• Monitor and follow up on priority Product tickets to guarantee prompt resolution.
• Maintain records of all customer updates, status changes, and interactions through Salesforce CRM.
• Optimize the use of all Account Management tools to foster positive customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing current processes, tools, reporting, and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A degree in business or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing account management role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consultative customer-facing position within an enterprise software or FinTech SaaS environment.
• A minimum of 2 years communicating technical software solutions, including feature demonstrations, functionality overviews, and best practice sharing with both technical and non-technical end users.
• Familiarity with the current landscape of the legalized cannabis industry.
• Understanding of operational payment cycles and inventory management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in both virtual and in-person contexts.
• Experience and proficiency in facilitating meetings with clients and users at various levels of seniority and technical expertise.
• A history of achieving and exceeding goals and targets.
• A problem solver with a builder mindset, demonstrating a strong ability to work cross-functionally to deliver tangible results.
• A proactive self-starter capable of providing innovative suggestions based on in-market experience and customer interactions.
