This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Achieve marketing goals for each client by utilizing branded merchandise solutions.
• Conduct product research and sourcing, and create presentations to deliver recommendations directly to the Account Executive and clients.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, managing timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical challenges across diverse clients.
• Set client expectations through professional and effective communication regarding project changes, order timelines, and status updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate creative and precise quotes using innovative product concepts.
• Participate in and manage client pop-up events, demonstrating a willingness to attend and work them if required.
• Establish strong relationships with domestic and international vendors for effective sourcing and quoting strategies, considering both client and company business needs.
• Organize the ordering and return of samples for client presentations.
• Enter sales orders using the company’s proprietary system.
• Maintain accurate and current records of quotes, orders, and art proofs.
• Create reports to monitor open orders and billing progress.
• Perform other duties as required based on business needs.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role.
• At least 5 years of sales support experience in the promotional product industry is essential.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), particularly PowerPoint.
• Proficient in ERP systems, such as NetSuite.
• Enjoy tackling problems and assisting customers.
• Comfortable making judgment calls and prioritizing workload effectively.
• Possess polished oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Driven by working in a goal-oriented, deadline-focused team while enjoying autonomy in your work.
• Capable of delivering results under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Curious, adaptable, and good-humored with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Actively engage in giving and receiving appreciative and constructive feedback.
• Eager to learn and willing to take advantage of on-the-job training, additional training programs, career mentorships, and stretch assignments.
• Potential travel 1-2 times a year to client pop-up events, etc.
