This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Foster and nurture robust relationships with current clients.

• Serve as the main contact for client workforce needs.

• Oversee and expand vital client accounts.

• Conduct routine client check-ins to assess service satisfaction.

• Discover opportunities to boost labour hire volumes and broaden service offerings.

• Generate new business prospects in the construction, warehousing, logistics, and industrial sectors.

• Transform leads into active client accounts.

• Develop and present tailored labour hire solutions to potential clients.

• Negotiate rates and service agreements according to company policies.

• Receive and manage job orders from clients and the Sales Manager.

• Collaborate closely with Candidate Resourcers to identify suitable candidates.

• Organize candidate allocations and workforce placements.

• Ensure vacancies are filled within specified timeframes.

• Monitor workforce performance and address client issues swiftly.

• Maintain precise client and job records in JobAdder.

• Track sales activities, placements, and account performance.

• Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

• Ensure adherence to company processes and labour hire regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions.

• Experience serving clients in construction, warehousing, logistics, industrial, or similar sectors.

• Strong skills in account management and relationship building.

• Demonstrated sales and business development experience.

• Experience in coordinating workforce allocations and placements.

• Proficient in JobAdder and Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
