This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Driving customer retention and enhancing revenue growth across a portfolio of retail accounts.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key retail customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive activities to guide account strategy.
• Managing trade budgets and promotional plans with an emphasis on ROI, efficiency, and profitability.
• Leading the sell-in and execution of new product launches in the market.
• Collaborating with retail partners and internal team members to optimize in-store placement profitability.
• Leading and mentoring Sales Coordinators.
• Working closely with Warehouse and Inventory teams to address inventory challenges.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing retail accounts in CPG, beauty, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with Grocery, Drug, or Specialty channels is preferred.
• Comfort with syndicated data sources such as IRI, Nielsen, or SPINS.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive, long-term partnerships with retail buyers, category managers, and distributor contacts.
• Experience collaborating closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Marketing teams.
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on compliance requirements.
• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling business reviews, line review presentations, and sell-in materials to retail partners and internal stakeholders.
