This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Propel sustainable sales and profit expansion in alignment with established business goals.
• Proactively oversee and synchronize all facets of the sales process, serving as a central point for information exchange between the company and target accounts.
• Conduct evaluations of target market segments; provide a clear summary and identify growth opportunities.
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Formulate and convey clear and persuasive value propositions to target customers through a consultative approach.
• Recognize and quantify opportunities to enhance value based on a thorough and precise assessment of customer processes and performance needs.
• Communicate effectively with the global team.
• Function as project manager throughout all stages of the sales project, driving key actions, establishing priorities, and managing risks.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Technical/Science fields.
• Over 5 years of key account management experience in the adhesives or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging technical sales presentations.
• Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Extensive business travel across the designated regions.
• The working conditions for this role are expected to reflect those typical of an office environment.
• There may be occasional requirements to visit laboratories or manufacturing sites.
• Minimal physical effort is needed for this position beyond typing tasks.
• Hazards associated with this role are generally those typical of an office setting.
