This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and nurture customer relationships after the sale, which includes onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth.
• Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts and collaborate with leadership to secure growth initiatives.
• Serve as the customer advocate by conveying feedback to the product team and founders to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Assist in defining and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), value propositions, use cases, and account playbooks.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of account data, forecasts, and renewal pipelines within Salesforce.
• Establish a solid foundation for scalable account management and post-sales processes.
• Collaborate across departments to guarantee sustained customer success and retention.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing renewals and driving account growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments with developing procedures.
• A curious and coachable attitude with a strong inclination towards taking initiative.
• Enthusiasm for building from the ground up alongside the founders.
