This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Regularly monitor client interactions through Slack, email, and various CRMs.
• Comprehend customer needs and concerns, providing timely and clear responses with empathy.
• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding their advertising and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between clients and Socioh’s design, production, sales/marketing, and technical teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled promptly. Effectively relay project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines across teams.
• Oversee multiple discussions/projects at once, prioritizing key accounts.
• Track progress on all accounts using CRM and account management tools to ensure tasks are executed without oversight.
• Test and utilize Socioh’s proprietary software to gain a comprehensive understanding of our application and its integration with Meta.
• Set up advertising catalogs for clients within Socioh’s application.
• Assist with additional tasks as necessary. While collaborating closely with the success team, we maintain flexible internal structures – our team is always ready to contribute wherever they can add value.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience with eCommerce clients or within a marketing/advertising agency setting.
• Ability to work during US hours (EST/PST).
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on grammar and clarity.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, or eCommerce platforms.
