This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Take ownership of and drive all upsell and cross-sell initiatives across the product range
• Actively seek out expansion opportunities within current accounts
• Lead the complete sales cycle for expansion agreements
• Manage the entire renewal process for all designated accounts
• Identify ways to enhance contract value during renewals
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop and implement account growth strategies
• Ensure strong CRM practices and maintain deal visibility
• 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Revenue Growth positions (SaaS preferred)
• Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue goals through upselling and cross-selling
• Experience with contract negotiations and renewals
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in closing deals
• Background in managing intricate B2B customer relationships
• Capability to work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams
