This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, oversee, and expand a customer portfolio within a specified territory.
• Meet sales objectives while anticipating customer growth trends and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve profitable outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local owners, managers, operators, and service providers in the industry.
• Generate new business opportunities with various end users, including on-site staff and key decision makers at management companies.
• Organize, schedule, and conduct daily meetings with customers within the assigned portfolio.
• Keep accurate and current records of customer activities and opportunities using customer relationship management tools.
• Leverage the full spectrum of company value propositions, including sales tools, programs, and fulfillment capabilities.
• Engage in training sessions, sales/business meetings, and company-sponsored trade shows, conferences, and conventions.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and formulate an overarching sales strategy.
• Understand and assess the competitive landscape within assigned markets and share insights with leadership.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in MRO sales or B2B sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
