This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, mapping key decision-makers and influencers within the B2B sector.
• Serve as a strategic consultant, converting complex technical requirements into effective business solutions.
• Oversee all phases of the sales funnel.
• Develop and enhance relationships within key accounts.
• Keep informed about IT trends and the ManageEngine solutions ecosystem.
• Prior experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Executive in the technology field.
• Familiarity with B2B clients, ideally in SaaS, IT, or security sectors.
• Strong consultative communication skills and capability to conduct executive-level meetings.
• Organized and analytical mindset with a focus on account growth.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Experience using CRM systems (knowledge of Zoho is an advantage).
