This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of clients within designated account categories.

• Cultivate strong relationships with analysts, executives, and decision-makers who depend on RTO Insider’s reporting and Yes Energy’s market insights.

• Direct renewal processes with a proactive and strategic mindset.

• Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the broader product offerings of RTO Insider and Yes Energy.

• Enhance account penetration by comprehending client workflows, information requirements, and organizational structures.

• Act as the main contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing client engagement.

• Collaborate with the broader RTO Insider team to ensure subscribers derive maximum value from their access.

• Collect feedback and relay customer insights to internal teams.

• Work alongside the New Logo Acquisition team to convert new subscribers into long-term, high-value partnerships.

• Engage in targeted outreach initiatives and industry events to bolster RTO Insider’s visibility.

• Keep precise CRM records (Salesforce) for forecasting, renewals, and account health monitoring.

• Monitor engagement metrics and create account plans to guarantee retention and growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, renewals, customer success, or subscription sales—ideally within B2B media, SaaS, or information services.

• Proven track record of surpassing renewal and expansion goals.

• Comprehensive understanding of the energy sector, particularly RTO/ISO markets, policies, or power-sector stakeholders (or the capability to learn swiftly).

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, including comfort interacting with C-suite executives, analysts, and policy experts.

• Excellent written communication skills are essential.

• Strong organizational capabilities and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and solid office/sales technology skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
