This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee a well-established portfolio of publishers, with an emphasis on retention and expansion.
• Engage with new accounts to cultivate rapport, trust, and sustainable partnerships.
• Actively evaluate potential churn risks and implement strategies to ensure continuous success.
• Represent publisher interests by addressing feature needs, data requests, reporting, and tools.
• Leverage cohort data, trend analysis, and forecasts to deliver customized recommendations.
• Provide regular business reviews and performance insights.
• Ensure consistent and personalized communication with each publisher.
• Monitor client social media accounts to acknowledge publisher achievements and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support Specialists and Engineers to address daily operational challenges.
• Identify trends across accounts, ensuring that essential information is communicated and escalated as needed.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of Mediavine’s products and services to propose relevant features.
• Analyze performance metrics to discover opportunities for enhancement.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success or a relevant field.
• Preferred experience with Mediavine.
• Proven experience working remotely within a distributed team environment.
• Background in a publisher-facing role, emphasizing the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite.
• Familiarity with communication tools like Slack.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
• A proactive approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations for each publisher.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities for effective recommendation tailoring.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and a dedication to teamwork.
• Ability to present data convincingly and make well-informed recommendations.
• Willingness to travel to on-site locations for team retreats and the annual all-hands events approximately 20% of the time.
