This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for designated provider accounts.
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction, identify potential retention risks, and communicate issues effectively.
• Convert operational performance data into straightforward narratives for customers.
• Lead strategic account planning aimed at value realization and preparing for renewals.
• Gather, document, and prioritize Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
• Handle customer-facing escalations and coordinate the internal response team.
• Promote the use of Datavant workflows, digital tools, and standardized offerings.
• Ensure accurate documentation of account details, health indicators, and risk flags.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare services.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Capability to analyze performance data and convey outcomes to customers.
• Experience with HIPAA-regulated settings is preferred.
• Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for client meetings (coverage area to be determined later).
• Health screenings and proof of or completion of various vaccinations.
